Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Project Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts and manage project operations in our window installation company in Hollywood, Florida. This is a high-impact role, responsible for managing the existing sales pipeline, closing deals, developing scalable sales strategies, and overseeing project execution from lead intake to installation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
Respond promptly to inbound leads, conducting consultations, providing accurate estimates, and closing sales Conduct in-home and commercial assessments, measuring accurately and advising clients on the best window market solutions available Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups and tracking prospects from inquiry to contract finalization
Project Management:
Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Conduct on-site visits when necessary to assess progress and resolve potential issues
Customer Relations:
Provide excellent customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, questions, and issues before, during, and after installation Cultivate relationships with previous clients for referrals and repeat business
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay competitive Expand our presence in the Hollywood, Miami, and Broward areas, targeting residential and commercial clients
Team Building & Leadership:
Train and mentor future sales team members as lead volume grows, helping establish sales goals and performance benchmarks Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department, ensuring that future hires can seamlessly integrate into the team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or sales within the window/door industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong knowledge of window products and installation processes, including impact windows and doors, vinyl, aluminum, and hurricane-rated solutions Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track leads and forecast sales Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and build trust with clients Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with diverse clients, from homeowners to commercial developers Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for consultations and business development Why Join Us?
