Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of glass in various commercial structures. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and proficiency in working with different types of glass materials.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install glass in windows, doors, and other structures
• Remove broken or damaged glass and replace it with new glass
• Fabricate and build frames for glass installation
• Install and secure glass panels using various techniques such as caulking, glazing compounds, or screws
• Trim carpentry work to ensure proper fit and finish
• Perform metal stud framing when necessary
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
• Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and installing glass
