Looking for full time shutter and shade installers to join our team of experts to provide quality work and service to our valued customers Responsibilities and Duties Load truck with shutters and/or blinds for the days jobs Install in customers home shutters, rollers and or blinds Clean up after installation – Leave it better than it was Demonstrate to the customer how to operate the product Ask for a review Collect payment Problem solve any issues Communicate with the office staff as to how the job did or did not go in Maintain truck and tools Qualifications and Skills Trim carpentry skills required Must be able to pass a background check Must have clean driving record Speak fluent English Be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs Be professional in appearance Work well with customers in the home Benefits Holiday pay after 90 days Vacation and personal days after 1 yr
