- Occasional Weekend Availability Our Window/Door Installation Experience Managers manage the installation process, including final walk-through inspections, technical measurement, installation, and service, deliver Signature Service, homeowner delight, efficient and appropriate resource capacity for the RbA Florida location
Responsibilities:
Verify that installers uphold RbA’s high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. Inspect and photograph all units, on interior & exterior, for proper installation methods and damage as well as for correct options per the customer’s order. (color, grille patterns, handing, etc.) Inspect and photograph all units, on interior & exterior, for damage to the surrounding areas such as drywall damage, chipped paint or stucco damage. Direct installers to address and resolve any issues, within their control, that you identify during the walk-through. Properly document all remaining issues for submission to the service & fulfillment teams. Aim to capture the customer’s delight by gathering feedback through customer satisfaction surveys and online reviews. Verify the customer’s balance and employ appropriate methods to collect final payment. Supervise and support installation teams while promoting open communication and collaboration to ensure that each customer receives the best possible install experience. Understand that Saturdays are rotated equally amongst the EM team and a yearly schedule will be provided. Directly manage installation teams while on site to ensure that they are upholding RBA’s values, follow best practices and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.
Requirements:
At least 1-2yrs of Window & Door Installation/Inspection Experience At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience & Conflict Resolution Skills Basic Understanding of Installation Processes and Requirements Prior Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques. Previous work experience in recruiting and managing independent contractors. Basic computer skills and MS Office suite proficiency Ability to work and lead in a team environment. Basic financial knowledge. Previous P&L responsibility helpful, but not required. Must have a valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record. Lead Certification and Notary Public is a plus
