The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and installation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. This role involves working directly with clients to install window treatments, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, and curtains in residential and commercial settings. Assemble components of window treatments as required for installation. Perform trim carpentry tasks to ensure a seamless fit and finish around windows. Conduct necessary adjustments during installation to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition before use. Experience Previous experience in construction or maintenance person services is preferred, particularly in areas such as door hanging, trim carpentry, caulking etc. Strong skills in carpentry and assembly are highly desirable.
