Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installers and oversee the installation process from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installation
- Install doors, and windows according to specifications
- Hang doors and install hardware
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior installers
Requirements:
Must have Truck, Tools, Workman comp, Insurance
- Proven experience as a lead installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of installation, carpentry, and construction techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
