Experienced Window and Door Install Crew We are seeking a highly skilled Window and Door Installer to join our growing team. Ideal candidates must have a proven background in installing a variety of windows, sliding glass doors, and exterior doors for residential projects. We are specifically looking for installers with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience installing windows, sliding glass doors, entry doors, French doors, and other exterior doors.
- Must be proficient in:
- Measuring rough openings accurately.
- Removing old windows and doors safely and efficiently.
- Installing new units level, plumb, square, and fully sealed against water and air infiltration.
- Flashing, waterproofing, and finishing installations to meet code and manufacturer requirements.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints or installation instructions.
- Problem-solving unexpected framing or structural issues during installs.
- Having a reliable helper is highly preferred — we are looking for installation crews who can complete jobs efficiently and cleanly.
- Must have:
- Your own reliable truck and trailer suitable for transporting doors, windows, and installation materials.
- All necessary tools to perform professional installations.
- Must be professional, courteous with customers, and detail-oriented with jobsite cleanliness.
