The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in automotive repair, with a focus on window tinting for vehicles. This position requires precision and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality installations that meet customer satisfaction. Duties Apply window tint films to vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and adhesion. Utilize various hand tools and power tools to complete tinting tasks effectively. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Stay updated on the latest tinting techniques and products in the industry. Assist in automotive repair tasks as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding window tinting services. Requirements Proven experience in window tinting or related automotive services is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Familiarity with auto estimating processes and auto glass applications is a plus. Experience working in a dealership environment is beneficial but not mandatory. Knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is an advantage. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks as required. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results in all installations.
