Duties Assemble and install window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies. Perform construction estimating to determine project requirements and materials needed. Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing around installations. Conduct fixture installation with precision and care. Build custom solutions tailored to client specifications and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry-related fields is preferred. Have his own vehicle and tools for the installations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess the physical stamina required for lifting heavy materials and working on ladders.
