Job Opportunity:

Automotive Window Tint Installer We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be experienced with 3M and XPEL film applications, capable of producing clean, precise installations, and committed to maintaining a pristine work area before and after each job.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality window tint installations on various vehicle types. Utilize 3M and XPEL films with expertise and precision. Ensure proper preparation of surfaces, including cleaning and prepping windows for tint application. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each installation. Deliver exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive window tint installation. Proficiency in 3M and XPEL film application. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints without compromising quality. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Knowledge of industry-standard tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and maneuver large film rolls and vehicle parts. Assist with other shop tasks as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S., Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles (e.g., Tesla, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW). Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools effectively. A proven track record in PPF installation or wrap related work.

Pay:

$20-$30 hour + bonuses & commissions
