Installer Finest Home Solutions Delray Beach, FL Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products such as cabinets, lighting fixtures, and slatwalls in our clients garages – ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. The Installer will work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide professional service throughout the installation process. Duties Perform installations of products according to job sheet specifications and company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Utilize tools and equipment, including hammer drills, saws, and various hand tools. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions. Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or challenges encountered. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of carpentry and installation practices is preferred but not mandatory. Must have own tools and vehicle.
