Window Treatment Specialist Creative Window Solutions and Design, LLC Jupiter, FL Position Overview:
Creative Window Solutions and Design is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Window Treatment Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time position is perfect for a driven sales professional with a comprehensive understanding of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and custom drapery. You will conduct in-home consultations, recommend various window treatment selections, and manage each project from start to finish—all with a focus on exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately take measurements Provide expert recommendations on window covering solutions tailored to function, aesthetics, and budget. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including drapery fabrics, fabrication, and installation logistics. Prepare detailed quotes through Excel and QuickBooks and manage the complete sales and order process. Organize and prioritize multiple appointments and follow-ups with strong time management skills. Coordinate with workrooms and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Build lasting client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. Stay current with product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in window treatment sales or interior design. Strong understanding of window covering products and their practical and decorative applications. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through skills. Self-starter with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Professional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with quoting and order management software. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for in-home visits.
Preferred:
Experience with leading brands such as Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman. Background in drapery design, fabrication, and installation processes. Interior design education or certification is a plus.
Compensation:
Contract (1099) – commission-based
