Job Description:
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you’ll provide high-quality window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. You’ll work independently, driving your own vehicle to 2-3 stops per day within a 1-hour radius of Pinellas County. This is a 1099 position offering flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to earn bonuses and commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional window cleaning services at 2-3 stops per day. Drive to job sites within Pinellas County, with occasional travel to Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism. Offer and sell additional company products to clients to earn extra commissions. Follow safety protocols and use provided industry-leading equipment.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Ability to work 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with occasional longer days. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Comfortable working at heights and following safety guidelines. Previous window cleaning experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
