• $80,000 / year Benefits No Weekends Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401K 15 Days Paid Time Off Major Holidays Off Paid Training Company Vehicle Company Gas Card Company Tools Ability to be a part of a rapidly growing company with great opportunities Responsible To Area Installation Manager Job Summary Responsible for the professional installation of our Kohler’s LuxStone shower walls, base, and fixtures industry “best practices” and in adherence with company installation guidelines and established time guidelines for both you and your assistant.

An Installer must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place to perform their job function. In some cases, an installation will require the ability to work in a confined space and in various types of weather. Our installation crews work in two-person teams with a lead and assistant. Most projects are completed in two days, occasionally a third day is required. Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate product at installations Install structures or fixtures, such as Walk-in Baths, Walk-in Showers, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Pedestal Vanities, Trim or Hardware, etc., while using carpenters’ hand or power tools Assist with other projects as needed outside of installation Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment, following company procedures, policies, and ethics Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace; using hand tools as needed Clean and haul away debris from all job sites. Maintain clean environment of job site, including vehicles and trailers; project tear off as needed Collect remaining payment from homeowner upon completion of installation Core Competencies Detail Oriented
