Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Professionally install a variety of custom window treatments in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring accurate measurements and secure fittings.

Customer Interaction:

Deliver a high level of customer service during installations, answering questions and representing the company with professionalism.

Site Readiness:

Review work orders and confirm materials, tools, and product readiness before heading to the job site.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve installation challenges on-site, making adjustments to ensure a polished finish.

Minor Repairs:

Perform basic maintenance or repair tasks as needed during or after installation.

Safety First:

Follow all safety procedures, including proper ladder use and equipment handling.

Documentation:

Complete all necessary paperwork related to each job, including customer approvals and installation notes.

Qualifications:

Experience Preferred:

Prior experience with window treatments, general construction, or installations is a plus.

Tool Knowledge:

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools such as miter saws, circular saws, drills, multitools, and laser measuring tools (e.g., Disto). Comfort with

Heights:

Must be comfortable using ladders up to 15 ft.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various indoor/outdoor environments.

Communication Skills:

Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (start times may vary based on job location)

Expected Hours:

Average of 40 hours per week
