A company that values safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement About the Role As a Residential Installer, you will assist with the installation of shower enclosures, mirrors, and other glass products. You’ll work closely with Lead Installers, ensuring job sites are prepared, tools and materials are ready, and installations are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Shower Enclosure & Mirror Installations

• Help with carrying materials, setup, and installation Job Site Preparation & Efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure smooth operations Learn & Develop Skills
• Train under experienced Lead Installers to master installation techniques Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
• Identify and address installation challenges with guidance Customer Interaction
• Communicate professionally and ensure customer satisfaction Documentation & Communication
• Help update job notes and upload photos for project records Safety & Compliance
• Follow company safety procedures and uphold high-quality standards What We’re Looking For ✅ Hands-on experience with tools and installations (glazing experience is a plus, but we train!) ✅ Strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
