Role:

• Assist the Lead Installer inInstalling home remodeling products according to Rite Window’sstandards.
• Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines-Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after theinstallation is completed.
• Apply finish work as needed for everyconstruction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of aninstallation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize finalpayments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion-Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respectsinstall paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting finalpayment.

What You ‘ll

Bring:

• Replacement Window & Door Installation,or carpentry experience
• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, orconstruction experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and gooddriving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills withthe ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outsidesetting for extended periods of time.
• Must provide own hand tools
