Apply today! Window Treatment Installer Responsibilities Support multiple store locations with measuring and installing window treatments(including draperies). Repair blinds in house or through vendors. Follow company sales flow procedures to mitigate loss risk. At the time of installation, repair any damage caused by the installation. Process all purchase orders and receive documentation in a timely manner. Maintain an appropriate level of spare parts to expedite the repair process. Maintain a clean vehicle. Keep tools in good working condition. Submit monthly reports as required. Assist customers in a professional and timely manner. Answer customer telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner per company guidelines. To actively participate in all provided training programs offered by the company. Present a professional, neat appearance, maintain good attendance record, and arrive at work at the scheduled time. Have effective customer service skills and good attention to detail. Be able to manage time efficiently with a strong willingness to learn. Be able to operate a computer-based point of sale system and other computer-related activities. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record from the RMV. Must be comfortable driving a cargo van or a box truck. Fundamental computer skills. Strong organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must understand the urgency and importance of following up. Knowledge of window treatment measuring, installing, and repair strongly preferred.
