Gutter & Window Installer Duties & Responsibilities:
Summary:
The Gutter and Window Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of rain gutter systems and residential windows. This role ensures proper drainage and weatherproofing to protect buildings from water damage and energy loss, and upholds the quality standards of Continental Siding.
Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, 7 am – 4 pm or until job duties are completed

Essential Duties:
- Measure and assess installation areas
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Cut, shape, and secure gutters and downspouts
- Seal joints and connections to prevent leaks
- Install gutter guards to prevent debris buildup
- Inspect and repair existing gutter systems
- Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations
- Install residential windows with proper sealing and alignment
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
- Inspect completed work for compliance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
