Role:
We’re looking for a Measure Technician who brings both attention to detail and a genuine care for people . You’ll be the friendly face our customers meet just before their project takes off
- making sure everything is measured precisely, and every question is answered with clarity and confidence. This isn’t just about numbers on a tape measure
- it’s about reassuring homeowners and creating excitement , all while setting the stage for a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Visit customer homes to complete final measurements before a project begins Be a trusted resource
- walk homeowners through the project, answer their questions, and help them feel confident and excited Review scope of work and partner with our production team to ensure a smooth, successful installation Identify and communicate any product or scope changes to the right team members Record accurate measurements and detailed notes so that everything is ordered correctly the first time Solve challenges that arise with creative thinking and a customer-first mindset Always prioritize safety and professionalism on the job site What You Bring to the
Table:
You love meeting new people and can easily build trust with customers Detail-oriented with a strong mechanical or construction background Comfortable with technology (tablets, apps, digital notes, etc.) Can read a tape measure and calculate dimensions with confidence Able to safely use ladders and work at heights You like solving problems and take pride in finding the best solution A strong communicator who keeps both customers and teammates in the loop Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
