What You’ll Do:

As an Installer Assistant, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced installers to remove and install windows and doors in homes across the area. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in doing solid work and leaving customers happy.

Your Day-to-Day:

Help remove old windows and doors and install new ones Load, unload, and move materials—some heavy lifting required Keep the job site clean and organized Follow safety rules and use tools properly Pitch in wherever needed to keep the job moving

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working on your feet Good with your hands and willing to learn Team player with a positive attitude Experience in construction or installation is a plus—but not required Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
