The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of replacement window installation and removal, including:
- Safe removal of existing windows (wood, vinyl, or metal)
- Professional installation of replacement windows
- Exterior capping and interior/exterior caulking
- Installation of RWD
- Experience with circle tops or custom-shaped windows
- Comfort working on ladders at various heights You’ll be working alongside a team of contractors and company owners in a collaborative, respectful environment. The role is Monday through Friday, with an average of 40 hours per week. We do not work on weekends. Hiring Process
- The process includes a 2-week paid trial period as a 1099 contractor
- During this time, you will work with minimal supervision to demonstrate your skills and reliability
