Job Summary:

• As a Temporary Wall Systems Charlotte Installation Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and organizing inventory and equipment related to the on-site containment solution project services we supply for our commercial construction clients.

This role works closely with the owners, office manager, and account executives in support of all field installation operations and to ensure a constant state of readiness. You will clean and maintain inventory, assemble pick lists, transport all project materials to the work site, and assist in and manage building and/or dismantling containments adhering to all Temporary Wall Systems’ high standards to ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven attitude is an absolute must to be successful in this role. You are an organized, consistent service provider with an excellent work ethic who takes pride in seeing the job done correctly. You have a professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, and are always willing to go the extra mile for your teammates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the TWS brand in a professional and accommodating manner at all times while at the shop or job site.
• Maintain the shop to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Assemble project materials from pick lists, pack appropriately, and load in vehicles for transport.
• Assist in installing containment units following Temporary Wall Systems procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Remove containment units and return them to storage once completed.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly.
• Perform various routine cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Obtain relevant industry-related licenses as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on product specifications and applications.
• Adhere to all Temporary Wall Systems policies and procedures.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Required ○ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

○ One year or more of experience in the construction field. ○ Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment. ○ Excellent stamina

Job Type:

$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
