Appliance Delivery and Installation Freightlined Carrier LLC Wilmington, NC 28408 Appliance Delivery Driver and Helper with Install We are looking for a skilled and reliable Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and setting up various household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance installation, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of Appliances:

Safely transport appliances from the warehouse or store to customers’ homes. Ensure that all items are securely loaded and unloaded, handling them with care to avoid damage. Verify the delivery address and confirm order details with customers before dispatch.

Appliance Installation:

Install appliances according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and industry standards. Set up appliances, ensuring they are fully functional, including connecting to necessary water, gas, or electrical systems. Test appliances to confirm proper functionality, making adjustments as needed. Will install anything from Dishwashers, Stove Tops, Ranges, Refrigerators and Washers and Dryers.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service during delivery and installation. Answer any questions the customer may have regarding appliance use, maintenance, or troubleshooting. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the delivery or installation process.

Safety and Maintenance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during deliveries and installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Regularly inspect tools and equipment for proper operation and safety.

Documentation:

Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery receipts, installation checklists, and customer feedback forms. Ensure accurate record-keeping of each installation and delivery.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in appliance delivery, installation, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (up to 100 lbs) and work in various environments.

Customer Service:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Driving Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. CDL A-B Background and Drug Screen Required Appliance Install Experience 3 years Home Delivery Experience Join us in delivering high-quality installations that enhance our customers’ experiences!

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$200.00 – $350.00 per day

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
