Window Installer Subcontractor Position Four Seasons Sunrooms Of Raleigh Raleigh, NC 27616 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of various types of windows, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Install windows in residential properties according to specifications and building codes. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. Perform frame carpentry, including door hanging and drywall work as needed during the installation process. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct thorough inspections of installed windows for quality assurance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in window installation or related construction fields. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in window installation. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus. Experience in cabinet installation, construction painting, frame carpentry, and drywall work is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
