The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship. This role requires a blend of technical skills and hands-on experience to effectively execute installations in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities Install a variety of automated and manual window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies, according to specifications. Communcate to clients how to operate treatments installed. Perform necessary adjustments and modifications to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions during the installation process. Document installation processes and maintain records of completed work. Skills Smart communicator capable of interacting with a vast variety of clientele in upscale residential and commercial buildings. Knowledge of various automative systems and apps. Ability to troubleshoot and repair window treatments on job site. General knowledge of power tools. General knowlege of entry level carpentry. Dependable, solid ethic with attention to detail. Flexible – ability to stay on job site until job is completed. Ability to mentor and train new employees.
