The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in various structures, including windows, doors, and storefronts. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. The Glazier will work closely with clients to ensure that all glass installations meet specifications and standards. Duties Install, repair, and replace glass in residential and commercial buildings. Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions. Handle some heavy lifting of glass panels and other materials safely. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Assemble components for glass installations according to project specifications. Skills Proficient in heavy lifting techniques to safely handle large glass panels. Ability to use hand tools effectively for precise measurements and cuts. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all installations.
