The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation techniques and a strong understanding of home remodeling. This role involves working directly with clients to ensure their window treatments are installed to perfection, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics in their homes. Responsibilities Measure and assess windows for accurate installation of treatments. Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies. Build, assemble, and fabricate custom solutions as needed. Utilize power tools effectively and safely for installation tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise installations. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Perform drywall work and frame carpentry as required during installations. Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or home improvement projects is preferred. Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques is a plus. Strong skills in blueprint reading to facilitate accurate installations. Proficiency in using power tools and handling glass installation safely. Experience with drywall work and frame carpentry will be advantageous.
