Skilled Siding/Window Installer MDi Roofing & Siding, LLC Bear Creek, PA 18602 Join Our Team of Skilled Professionals We are looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Technician to perform siding and window installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace siding and windows on residential and commercial properties. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit. Ensure installations are performed to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Perform pre-installation site inspections and prepare work areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Applying various types of siding materials to building exteriors for decorative or insulating purposes. Waterproofing surfaces by filling joints or cracks with caulking compound. Cutting and trimming material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners. This job will not be strictly Siding & Windows. You will be asked sometimes to help out in other positions if needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a siding and window installation technician or similar role. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. Strong knowledge of siding and window materials, installation techniques, and building codes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift and hold up to 50lbs, reach, stand, kneel, or climb throughout the day. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus. 3-year minimum experience for siding & window installation. Alignment with company core values and goals. Ability to work overtime as needed.

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
