Hardscape Installer AAF Landscaping & Excavation Inc East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks and be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Duties Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Lay pavers with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish. Install various types of manufacture retaining wall systems Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Operate heavy equipment safely during installation projects as required. Execute hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Fabricate materials on-site as necessary to meet project specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred. Strong skills in construction inspection, blueprint reading, welding,heavy equipment operation, hardscape installation, and fabrication. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
