The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of glass in various structures, including commercial buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong craftsmanship skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Glazier will also be involved in fabricating glass products and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace glass in windows, doors, and other structures. Fabricate glass products according to specifications. Perform caulking to seal joints and prevent leaks. Build and assemble frames for glass installations. Collaborate with other construction professionals on remodeling projects. Conduct heavy lifting as required during installations. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Experience Proven experience in glass installation or related construction fields is preferred. Skills in construction painting, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and remodeling are advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Familiarity with fabrication techniques for glass products is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
