The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Perform installations of products at customer locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications. Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites. Conduct pre-installation assessments to determine project requirements and prepare necessary tools and materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion. Handle heavy lifting and moving of equipment as needed during installation processes. Maintain accurate records of installations, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented. Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment, driving vehicles, and performing installations. Requirements Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving or route driving is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely; certification is a plus but not required. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks; ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues on-site. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to installation processes.
