Position Overview We’re seeking a highly skilled Glazing Installation Specialist who has experience with complex door and window systems, preferably European profiles. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and critical to the final delivery of our premium products. Job Duties Install high-end sliding doors, windows, and curtain wall systems with millimeter precision Interpret technical shop drawings and manufacturer specifications Perform water testing, system adjustments, and performance tuning onsite Coordinate with internal fabrication, bonding, and fulfillment teams Problem-solve real-time installation challenges with minimal supervision Represent Luxview with professionalism on luxury job site Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in glazing or fenestration installation Prior experience with European door/window systems is highly preferred Strong understanding of waterproofing, shimming, tolerances, and anchoring Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut sheets Comfortable using a range of power tools and precision measuring devices Clean driving record; willing to travel locally for installations Professional demeanor and clear communication on high-end job sites Bonus Paid For Additional Skills Experience with commercial storefronts, lift & slide, or multi-track systems Light service/repair knowledge and ability to train junior installers Why Work With Luxview?
