Job Description
Description Our client is looking for 4 Windows 11 Technicians to join their team. There is a heavy emphasis on customer support and customer service.
- Devices are pre-deployed and already imaged
- Contractors will be confirming the scheduled time still works with the end user
- Then remote into the new PC
- Help them register their One Drive so all the files start transferring over
- Then they will use the Intune company portal to install software on the machine
- Looking for applications that did not install accurately (maybe removing them and re-installing them)
- Ensure all data has been transferred over accurately Skills Deployment, Windows 10, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Support, Customer service, Install, Imaging, Excel, Desktop Experience Level Intermediate Level
