What Youll Do:

Professionally install vinyl and fiber cement siding according to manufacturer guidelines and company standardsAccurately measure, cut, and fit siding materials for a clean, precise finishDemonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installationCommunicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experienceMaintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsiteCollaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspectionsEnsure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptlyRepresent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site•

What You Need:

Proven experience in siding installation (minimum 5 years preferred)Own tools, reliable truck/van, and a valid drivers licenseAbility to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical laborGeneral liability insurance and required business documentationAbility to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsiteWillingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required•
