Closet Installer Inspiration Home 1843 Newport Highway, Sevierville, TN 37876 Closet & Storage System Installer Inspiration Window Coverings & Closets is one of the leading window treatment and closet companies in East TN. We provide custom window treatments & closets for both residential and commercial clients. Our products include plantation shutters, blinds, drapery, shades, closets and storage systems, as well as a variety of motorized window treatments. Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Interact with clients in a professional manner
• Install closets & storage systems in a wide range of surfaces such as wood, drywall, metal and cement
• Removal and disposal of old closet or storage system components.
• Leave clients’ home clean, free from damage or debris
• Perform closet and storage system repairs
• Measuring closets & storage systems
• Problem solve and effectively work with other team members on any field issues
• Checking the calendar for job specifics and ensuring that all products for a job are loaded before leaving the shop
• Check-in incoming orders making sure everything for the order is received and place it in the warehouse so the job can be scheduled for installation.
• Maintain and organize tools, parts and equipment
• Cleaning the work van
• Turning in all required paperwork in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications include:

• Punctuality is a must! Starting the day on time as well as arriving to appointments on time. Time management is a very important aspect of this position.
• Must be well groomed and presentable in physical appearance.
• No smoking allowed in the van, on the job site, or in in the office building or shop. Designated smoking area is provided at the office/shop.
• Friendly, courteous and pleasant with all types of people.
• A high degree of professionalism is required.
• Possess a professional work ethic demonstrated by being dependable, reliable, responsible and mature
• Ingenuity and problem solving skills are important
• Can perform physical work with no limitations or restrictions and can lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be very comfortable with ladders and heights
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for installation tasks
• Can read and take accurate measurements
• Strong communication skills and works well with others
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Provide a valid drivers license with a clean record. You will driving a company vehicle.
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Experience in the closet/storage system industry is beneficial but not required
• Strong carpentry skills, including trim and frame carpentry.
