Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Spray Foam Installer Helper to join our IBP of Panhanlde team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead spray foam technicians in preparing job sites.
Set up and break down tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Load and unload materials and ensure they are available during application.
Support with masking, taping, and protecting surfaces not being sprayed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of spray foam equipment.
Perform other general labor tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable working in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Prior experience in construction or insulation is a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands:

This position requires frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting of materials up to 50 lbs. The installer helper must be able to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including full-face respirators and coveralls, is required. The role involves working in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments for extended periods.
