Full Job Description Insulation Installer Job Opportunity Koala Insulation of Southwest Florida Job Summary:

At Koala Insulation of West and Southwest Florida , we are looking for an ambitious, motivated TEAM member to join one of our insulation teams. Koala Insulation is an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. To learn more, visit www.koalainsulation.com . This position within the company will assist in performing high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces . Services performed will include blown-in cellulose installs, fiberglass batt and blown-in installs, insulation removal, prepping for spray foam. This position will be paired with an experienced team member who can provide guidance and feedback as you are learning our core services.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License with Clean MVR and no points!

Preferred Skills:

Insulation Experience Experience driving Trucks and Trailers Bilingual a huge plus!

Duties/Responsibilities:

Safety:

Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational health and safety laws.

Operations:

Assists in removal and installation of all types of insulation. Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency.

Customer Service:

Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.

Other:

Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent time management. Teamwork minded. Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/GED required Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Working environment may be subject to high temperatures , confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
