The available position involves working primarily in new construction with a focus on high-end, energy efficient homes and in residential homes performing weatherization upgrades to improve energy efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience in a trade but we will train ambitious candidates with applicable transferable skills. Job Responsibilities Perform air sealing, install netting, cellulose, and air barriers;

Operate insulation equipment and drive a box truck Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition Work safely and respectfully with the other team members Take pride in high quality workmanship Skills, Experience, & Talents Must have a valid driver’s license free of DUI’s Construction, insulation, and hand tool experience preferred Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Able to work on ladders and scaffolding (rarely over 10ft) Must be able to lift 50lbs For more information about our company please visit www.cascobayinsulation.com.
