Insulation Installer Alamance Insulation & Gutters Elon, NC 27244 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Insulator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction, particularly in insulation installation. This role is crucial for ensuring energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. The Insulator will work closely with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and to high standards. Duties Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors to enhance energy efficiency. Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas accurately. Work around other construction professionals on-site, including carpenters and drywall installers. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations during installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Assist in the preparation of job sites by setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed. Perform quality checks on installed insulation to ensure effectiveness and adherence to specifications. Skills The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices. Competence in using safely and effectively for cutting and installing insulation materials. Ability to perform caulking tasks for sealing gaps around insulation installations.
