Seeking qualified contractor(s) with experience and crews to handle apartment renovations & other similar work in a community setting. Work includes but is not limited to: Demo, Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Plaster, Paint, Tile, Kitchen, LVT, Carpentry/Doors/Trim, Basic Plumbing and Electric All work must be done to proper code in addition to our own quality control personnel. Must be clean, neat, and professional. ALL material can/will be provided for. This is volume work and we are seeking to partner with a contractor(s) who have experience and appreciates the value component of that. Pricing is based off job but is NOT retail. We are efficient operators who must keep costs low. If you are interested, please with as much info about yourselves as possible.
