Our Mission:

As an Insulation Foreman, you will lead a small crew in performing energy-efficiency upgrades—primarily attic air sealing and blown-in cellulose insulation. You’ll ensure safe, high-quality work while upholding our core values on each jobsite. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in physically demanding environments and wants to grow with a mission-driven company. The primary responsibilities of an Insulation Foreman are to: Lead attic insulation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and jobsite cleanliness. Operate insulation blowing equipment and manage material setup. Install additional energy efficiency measures such as attic hatches, weather stripping, 2 part spray foam Supervise and train crew members on technical procedures and safety. Track material usage, hours worked, and production rates on each job. Communicate clearly with clients and represent the company professionally. Coordinate with the Production Manager for scheduling and logistics. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in insulation, weatherization, or general construction. Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness and ability to work in hot attics and tight spaces. Familiarity with basic hand tools, safety protocols, and ladder work. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops if needed. Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Ability to Drive and Backup a Trailer 18 Years of Age or Older Willingness to assist in other home repair, home improvement projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

$20.00 per hour base pay (W-2 Employee).

Total expected annual compensation:

$65,000-$125,000 , driven primarily by performance-based pay. Percentage of each job split by foreman and co-forman. Paid training in building science and energy efficiency. PPE and branded apparel provided. Advancement potential into production management or sales roles.
