Installer Position Available In Lehigh, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leader in Kitchen and Bath remodel industry, is seeking individuals with a great work ethic to join their team as a Insulation Installer Helper. They are seeking someone with a general background/knowledge in construction, not necessarily insulation. Individuals will be responsible for helping the 2-3 person crew install insulation in newly constructed homes and facilities, as well as remodels. This is a Monday – Friday position from 6:00am-2:30pm. From time to time there is work on Saturday and that work is at the overtime rate (regardless if you worked 40 hours during the week or not!) This is a temp-to-perm position with

growth opportunities. •Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to meet at the shop near the airport by 7:00am each morning.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Demonstrate knowledge of insulation specifications Installing insulation in commercial facilities such as factories Reading blue prints, cut and fit insulation Determine the proper insulation depth for assigned projects Going into manufacturing and industrial facilities installing insulation Loading/unloading insulation on construction job sites Cut insulation for installation or assembly, using tape measures, handsaws, knives and scissors Protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage Installing commercial and industrial insulation (both new construction sites and retro-fit insulation) in walls, ceilings and subfloors Installing blown-in cellulose insulations, fiberglass insulation, home sealing Log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials Erect scaffolding or ladders to height needed to install insulation Demonstrate ability to fabricate and install detachable insulation for valves (or similar fittings) Install insulation in attics, under floors, and behind walls in homes and other buildings If you are interested please call our office (610.264-4080) to speak with a recruiter about getting started tomorrow!
