OLD MILL IRON, LLC
Elkmont, AL 35620 Job Summary Old Mill Iron is seeking an installation technician / Welder. We specialize in custom ornamental iron installation including: Driveway Gates, Driveway Gate operators, Hand and Stair Rails, Garden gates and Iron and Aluminum Fencing. Welding Certification is a plus. Installations local and some out of area. Previous construction/ installation, and customer service experience a plus. Welding is not necessary but basic welding skills are beneficial.
Duties Include:
Able to lift 50 – 75 pounds Must have working knowledge of tools and equipment Must be able to follow directions and be a team player Must know how to operate machinery Know how to read and interpret blueprints Complete projects on time and correctly, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with employees and management Reports directly to installation manager
Skills Required:
A valid Driver’s license and good driving record, CDL is a plus. Able to operate a forklift a plus Work in a hot environment Must be able to Multi-Task and excellent organizational skills Must pay attention to detail Punctuality and Reliability is a must for this position.
