Jones Contracting, Inc, is hiring for a Metal Building Laborers.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload material onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, rack and shelves manually, by fork lift or hoist
- Operating forklifts, lulls, and aerial lifts. We will provide training to operate any of this equipment
- Perform assembly and installation on maintenance and construction projects
- Prepare, set up, and operate appropriate tools and erecting material
- Display a high level of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and leadership in daily operations
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
- Following instructions and completing tasks from supervisorsTypical workdays will be Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Previous construction experience
- Valid Drivers License is a plus
- Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials
- Ability to measure accurately and read specifications
- Ability to conduct strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours and in extreme environmental conditions.
