4x10s (Monday-Thursday); Optional Overtime available (up to 5x10s and some Saturdays)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced A-Class (1st Class) Shipfitters for immediate opportunities in Mobile, AL. This is a long-term contract position for highly skilled professionals who meet the qualifications listed below.

Requirements:

Must be non-local (must live 100+ miles from the job site). Must possess a valid driver’s license . Must provide a current utility bill in the candidate’s name—address on both documents must match . Must be willing and able to test on-site.

Required Testing:

Written/Blueprint Reading Test Flux Core Welding Test (3F & 4F with Bend Test)

Torch Cutting Test Work Conditions:

The standard schedule is 4x10s (Monday to Thursday). Overtime available : Must sign up and communicate with supervisors directly. Additional work may be available on Fridays and Saturdays depending on workload.

Additional Notes:

Per diem is only available to qualified non-local candidates and is paid only for days worked . This is a hands-on, skilled trade role , and only those with shipfitting experience and the ability to pass on-site testing should apply.
