Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal using hammer and operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts. This temporary full-time position is from April 01, 2025- December 31, 2025 No minimum educational requirement.

Work Hours:
7am-4pm, Monday-Friday OT Rate of $36.60 per hour. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Worker will be paid weekly in U.S. currency. Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law. There will be NO additional deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. The employer will provide the worker, without charge or deposit charge, with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20CFR 655.20(k). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will either arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence, reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence, or provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
