LEEM Filtration in Odessa, Florida is looking for a Fabricator to create structure and machinery from stainless steel components. Previous fabrication experience, mechanical inclination and math skills are key. You will set out fabrications, track components and use tools to measure, mark, cut and bend materials. LEEM Filtration makes filtration products that help with water treatment, chemical, and food processing industries and is a part of the North American Filtration family of companies.

Requirements:

Blueprint and technical drawing reading and interpretation Strong math skills for measuring and cutting to specified tolerances Mechanical aptitude including experience with tools such as grinders and drills Good critical thinking and problem solving skills Good dexterity and vision Good attention to detail Physical stamina Preferred qualifications: Bilingual strongly preferred; at a minimum, the ability to understand and to make oneself understood to all Spanish speaking individuals. Experience or interest in metal working. Flexibility to work early and late shifts. This position is integral throughout the production process and will perform a variety of duties as needed.
