⚐ ⚑ ⚑ GC subbing out to Concrete contractor a small job (Orlando) compensation: $1000 upon completion–We provide all materials We are a local GC that is subbing out a very small job to a Concrete contractor. Our team is cutting out 5 small pads on a homesite. This is all permitted work.
We need your team to:
1. We have cut out the pads, you need to prep and rebar/mesh them. Prepare for an Orange county inspection. Our team will arrange for the spray. 2. You then need to come back out ASAP for the pour. We will be paying for the concrete ourselves. But you need to have a pump, vibrator and all the other tools you will need. 3. You must have your own tools. Ideally, your own pump. Along with all the tools. Your own vibrator, Bull float, laser level, string line, Rebar cutter & bender, pliers for cutting tire wire, Come-alongs and other tools. These are very small pads. Each one is about 50 to 100 sq ft. They are being built so we can support new beams. This job needs to be done this coming week. The job pays $1000 upon completion.
I WILL REPEAT THIS AGAIN. YOU MUST BE A CONCRETE CONTRACTOR
with all the experience and tools. I want this job started on Tuesday in terms of rebar and prep for the first County inspection. And then I want to pour by Friday.
