Ideal candidates are safety-focused, deadline-driven, and skilled in using polishing equipment. You must be physically strong, reliable, and able to follow directions while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Surface preparation and polishing Manual labor and material handling Job site cleanup and organization Adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Join a team that’s reshaping concrete with creativity and craftsmanship.

• Mechanical polishing, using grinding machines and processes
• Edge grinding
• Concrete Repairs
• Vacuuming
• Communicate professionally and effectively
• Ensure all materials will be stored in a neat, orderly fashion
• Assess issues, develop and implement action to resolve them
• Ensure all equipment is accounted for and stored in neat, orderly manner
• Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a Truck, Van or SUV
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrate dependability, accountability, and initiative
• Be able to work independently and in a team setting
• Must be available to work nights and weekends (when necessary)
• Must be available to travel out of town (when necessary)
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations

Physical Demands:

• Requires strenuous physical work including heavy lifting, working on hands/knees, pushing, or pulling objects
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
